Freshney Green Primary Care Centre was open to the Public in September 2009. It has state of the art facilities offering an array of health and social care services.

The building houses two GP Practices, Littlefield and Woodfield, as well as Cromwell Dental Practice, who are an NHS Dental service and Cohens Pharmacy. The centre also houses other local services including NaviGo (Young Minds Matter & Community Mental Health) and the NSPCC.

Other services delivered within the building include Podiatry, Audiology, Smoking Cessation and a variety of Minor Surgery Procedures. We also offer services for Pain Management, Dermatology and Older People’s Mental health. The Centre also has its own Café.

Freshney Green is the result of a close collaboration between the GP Practices, NHS Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB)  and Assura PLC, who work in partnership with GPs and Health Professionals to deliver property, pharmacy and medical services across the UK. The building serves around 32,000 patients, approximately a fifth of the North East Lincolnshire population.
