By Road

Excellent motorways and main road links and for travellers arriving from the north, the impressive Humber Bridge offers spectacular entry to North East Lincolnshire. From the North and West - A1, M62, M18, M180, A180 from the South - M1, A1, A46.

From the A46 continue along the A46 until the roundabout at Laceby. Go straight on the A46 (Grimsby Road) approximately 2 miles. Turn left (first exit) at the next roundabout on to the B144 (Littlecoates Road). Go over a mini roundabout until the next roundabout (the Trawl pub on your right) and take the second exit on to Yarborough Road. Take the 3rd exit left (just past the school on your left) on to Central Parade, which leads into Sorrel Road. The centre is on your left after 200 yards.

From the A16 carry on until Waltham Tollbar roundabout; take the second exit A16. After 200 yards, at the roundabout take the first exit, A1243 towards Grimsby. After approximately 2 miles, at the roundabout take the second exit, A1243, Scartho Road. Go through 2 sets of traffic lights until at Nuns Corner roundabout take the first exit, Laceby Road, A46. Carry on for approximately two miles until, at the roundabout take the 3rd exit on to the B144 (Littlecoates Road). Go over a mini roundabout until the next roundabout (the Trawl pub on your right) and take the second exit on to Yarborough Road. Take the 3rd exit left (just past the school on your left) on to Central Parade, which leads into Sorrel Road. The centre is on your left after 200 yards.

From the West continue along the A180 until the Great Coates interchange. Turn right towards Great Coates on the A1136. Continue for approximately ½ mile and turn left at the roundabout towards Grimsby continuing on the A1136. After ½ mile carry straight on at the traffic lights. After approximately ½ mile take the 1st exit left at the roundabout on to Yarborough Road. Take the 3rd exit left (just past the school on your left) on to Central Parade, which leads into Sorrel Road. The centre is on your left after 200 yards.

By Rail

A regular rail service operates from all parts of the country directly into Grimsby station situated in the heart of the town and Cleethorpes station situated right on the seafront. The Centre is approximately 1 ½ miles from the station. A taxi service is available.

By Ferry

P & O North Sea Ferries run daily services from Rotterdam and Zeebrugge to Hull.

By Air

The region is serviced by Humberside International Airport situated on the A18. A regular transfer service runs from the Airport to Grimsby and Cleethorpes.
